TakeORA End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)
Prepared version: 11 October 2026. The application is not yet publicly distributed. These terms apply to a user only once properly presented and accepted in connection with access to a released application, subject to mandatory law.
1. Licensor and ownership
The licensor of TakeORA's own elements, to the extent of rights actually held, is Przemysław Smyk, address: ul. Relaksowa 16/22, 20-819 Lublin, Poland, contact: support@takeora.pl. Using the software does not transfer copyright, trademarks or other ownership rights in its code or visuals. You retain rights in your own photographs, videos and data.
2. Licence scope
You receive a non-exclusive right to use the released software subject to its terms and statutory protections. The account model provides for one active computer for final processing and controlled device transfer; it is not a prohibition on retaining a copy of the installer. One-off GB entitlements permit use of processing capacity, not resale of the software.
3. Processing and billing
Full-library analysis is free. A one-time 12 GB Free allocation may be activated per account. 1 GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes. Paid packages and actual processing charges must be described before purchase; resuming an already charged operation does not incur a second charge. Source Takeout files are intended to remain read-only. Installer, account, entitlement and billing mechanisms must be approved before public release.
4. Third-party rights and legal exceptions
This EULA does not restrict rights arising under separate licences for .NET, ExifTool, Perl and other libraries, including access to required source code, modification or relinking rights when applicable. It does not restrict mandatory legal rights regarding examination, interoperability or permitted copying.
5. Data safety and liability
Keep backups of source archives and inspect the output. Not every file or metadata field can necessarily be recovered. Limitations of liability apply only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Updates, support and termination
Updates may be offered when a secure updater becomes available; unlimited free updates are not promised. Account closure, device migration, complaints and refunds must respect applicable law and existing rights. The software has no right to delete your original Takeout library.
7. Other terms
Purchases, once available, are subject to the terms of the actual reseller at checkout. This EULA governs software use and does not replace a purchase contract with the Merchant of Record. Changes will be dated and notified as legally required.
