Legal information and licences
Document updated: 11 October 2026. This notice applies to the information-only website.
1. Who operates this website?
The takeora.pl website and TakeORA — Organize, Restore, Archive product are operated by Przemysław Smyk, establishment/contact address: ul. Relaksowa 16/22, 20-819 Lublin, Poland, email: support@takeora.pl. A business registration or tax number is not represented as existing unless it actually exists. The legal status and identifying details must reflect the facts at the time of publication.
2. Product and website status
TakeORA helps organise local copies of Google Photos Takeout exports. The website is currently informational. GB packages cannot be purchased here, and no public installer is available for download. Availability of the application and paid transactions will be announced separately after the required acceptance steps.
3. Names and trademarks
Google, Google Photos and Google Takeout belong to their respective owners. TakeORA is an independent product: it is not developed, sponsored, endorsed or approved by Google. Those names describe the export format with which TakeORA works. No registration of the TakeORA trademark is claimed.
4. Original and AI-generated material
According to the owner's declarations and supporting records, TakeORA's own code and project graphics were created with GPT tools as part of the project. This does not guarantee exclusive ownership of every generated element or freedom from third-party claims.
5. Third-party software licences
TakeORA relies on separately licensed components, including .NET/WPF, ExifTool, Perl and other libraries. Their licence rights remain separate from the TakeORA EULA. When application distribution begins, the applicable LICENSE/NOTICE documents and any required corresponding source, modifications or relinking materials will be made available for the exact release. We do not present an internal audit bundle as the final software redistribution bundle.
