Terms of Use for the TakeORA Website

Version: 11 October 2026 — terms for the information-only website, not an active online store.

1. Operator and contact

The takeora.pl website is operated by Przemysław Smyk, address: ul. Relaksowa 16/22, 20-819 Lublin, Poland, email support@takeora.pl. The TakeORA brand name does not imply a business-register entry. Identifying details must reflect the operator's current legal status.

2. Scope and availability

This website describes the planned TakeORA application, designed to organise local Google Photos Takeout archives. Product descriptions, examples and FAQs are informational. The website currently accepts no orders or payments and provides no public production installer. Release of the software will follow the required acceptance work.

3. Free analysis and data packages

Product design: free analysis of the full local library; a one-time 12 GB Free allocation per account for actual processing; five one-off packages of 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 GB; no subscription or Unlimited package. 1 GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes. Product eligibility, devices, billing and prices must match the final approved release. Pricing is currently informational; the final price including applicable taxes must be shown clearly before any purchase. Approved website package prices (PLN / EUR / USD): 50 GB — 49 / 11 / 13; 100 GB — 69 / 16 / 18; 200 GB — 89 / 20 / 23; 500 GB — 149 / 34 / 39; 1000 GB — 199 / 45 / 51. At sales launch the precise amount payable, including applicable taxes, and the identity of the seller must be displayed before any paid order is placed.

4. Your files and results

TakeORA is designed to work with local Takeout data, leaving originals unchanged. Please retain a safe copy of source archives, review cases requiring user decisions and check outputs. We do not promise to recover missing files or interpret every metadata field or codec correctly.

5. Planned Paddle sales model

We are considering Paddle as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for future package purchases. Onboarding, checkout and payments are not currently active. After approval, the checkout will identify the seller, final prices, binding terms and refunds before payment. We do not invoice buyers on Paddle's behalf or represent that transactions are already supported.

6. Intellectual property and licences

Website materials and TakeORA content are subject to the applicable owner's rights or third-party licences. Google Photos and Google Takeout are used to describe compatibility; TakeORA is not affiliated with Google. See EULA and Legal Information for app and third-party software terms.

7. Complaints, law and changes

Website enquiries: support@takeora.pl. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Future withdrawal and transaction arrangements will be described by the actual seller and applicable law; see Complaints and Refunds. Updates will carry a version date and will not retrospectively undermine acquired rights.
