Refunds, Withdrawals and Complaints
The takeora.pl website is operated by Przemysław Smyk, address: ul. Relaksowa 16/22, 20-819 Lublin, Poland, email support@takeora.pl. The TakeORA brand name does not imply a business-register entry. Identifying details must reflect the operator's current legal status.
Version: 11 October 2026 — information before paid sales launch.
1. Can I buy anything now?
No. TakeORA's website currently accepts no orders or payments and offers no public production installer. The pricing page is informational. There are therefore no TakeORA transactions to refund at present.
2. How will sales operate?
The planned seller is Paddle, subject to approval, as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller to buyers. We do not claim that Paddle has approved us or that payments are active. When checkout launches, it will show the actual seller and applicable terms before charging. See Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
3. Consumer rights
Mandatory statutory rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for non-conforming digital products, remain fully available. Details depend on the customer's country and the legal nature of the product. We do not automatically treat purchase, download or GB usage as eliminating a statutory withdrawal right.
4. How to request help
Product and technical enquiries: support@takeora.pl. After sales launch, financial refunds and payment decisions will follow Paddle's official buyer support path; TakeORA support will investigate missing entitlements, double charging of GB and technical failures. Please provide an order reference and problem description, not passwords, tokens or private photos.
5. No advance waiver of withdrawal rights
Any legally required express request for immediate supply, acknowledgement of its consequences and durable confirmation must be implemented and verified in the actual checkout before launch. This notice is not a buyer's consent and does not waive statutory remedies.
